screenshot not rendering from attachments
Hi,
Our application has screen shot functionality to attach email screen shots. This is a live system since few years. It was upgraded from 6.3 to 7.3 last year.
Issue is we can't see the attached email content when user download it from the case. The attachment opens up in the new window and we can see mail heading content like from, to subject. However the content is not displaying.
We have tried even with different screenshots and the behavior is same. Text is not displaying, it is an empty screen.
This screen shot feature works with Activex controls in IE browser. We are trying with IE 11.
Please advise if anyone had resolved this kind of issue.

Could you please clarify-
1. Are you saying that as long as you are using IE11, you are able to see the screen shots that are present in your emails that are added as attachments? If so, is the problem seen in other browsers that are not IE11?
2. Alternatively, are you stating that when you were on 6.3 and saw the screen shots in attachments while you were using IE11 and aren't seening now since you have moved to 7.3?

Hi Mahab,
The screen shot functionality only supports in IE browser. Due to this users still using IE instead of chrome/Edge though 7.3 supports modern browsers.
But we can download the attached screenshots from any browsers. This issue persists in all the browsers as i had tested with IE,Edge and Chrome.
Users had not reported this issue while using in 6.3 whereas in 7.3 they have started complaining about this. This is the first complaint we got though application is running on 7.3 for a while (> 1 year).
