Yes, the icons shown in the CLM screen shot, and many others, are all available in Pega out-of-the-box. Currently, the Pega UI-Kit comes with a syle sheet (CSS) attached to the pyEndUser skin called py-icons.css. This CSS points to the icon fonts uikit-icons.woff and uikit-icons.woff2 and describes many icons. To use these icons you will need to either have UI-Kit in your stack and have your skin inherit from pyEndUser, or copy py-icons.css to your skin directly.
To use the icons select Icon Class in the Image source dropdown in an icon, button, or link property panel and then enter the class pi and then the specific class for an icon, such as pi-gauge (for a guage icon) or pi-caret-down (for a down-facing caret). See the attachment "property-panel.png" for an example.
I'm also attaching the latest icons reference PDF, as of 7.2.1. (There are changes with every release)
