Hi,

The requirement is to route a Screen Flow type Work Object (WO) to a Workbasket (WB) –“SupervisorWB”. When we are adding the router activity “ToWorkBasket” in the start shape of the screen flow then we are getting an error “Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record <<em> SupervisorWB </em>>”.

For a work around approach, from the Process Flow we added in an Assignment and added a Flow Action “StartScreenFlowAuto” which basically does an auto submit of the FA by the “ActionAutoSubmit” HTML code. With this being done the Screen Flow WO is being routed to the WB but when the Supervisor opens up the WO it is being assigned to his Worklist which is not the needed behavior. The business doesn’t want a Local Action / Flow Action now to reroute the WO back to the WB.

Please let me know if a possible solution is available wherein one can route a Screen Flow WO to a WB.
