Unable to launch a flow action on click of a button in Review Harness
Hi,
I want to add an edit button in case details section in Review Harness and on click of that button i want to edit the case details section. There is one update button as well, on click of that details should be read only and one email should be triggered to all workparties.
I have tried one another approach:
creating two sections one for read only and one with editable fields but with different visibility conditions.
It is working fine but on click of Refresh from action menu, details are again getting editable.

Thanks for replying.
i have gone through that post previously as well but there is no solution given for that.
It talks about having a lock on work object. I can take the lock on workobject on click of update button but still on click of refresh from action menu fields are getting editable.
