Unable to downoad attached attachment
Hi,
I have a requirement to download attachment attached to the case.
But when i trying to click on the attachment its showing "Unable to open attachment. You lack the required permission."
Tried using DisplayAttachedFile activity in Open url window, but still issue persist.
Can anyone suggest any approach.

@ADITIJ49 Is this a custom functionality or PEGA OOTB functionality ? Usually Open URL in Window is used for such functionalities..

I think you are not having privilege to access the attachment. Please trace and check where param.isPrivilegeAvailable is getting set to false. (step #2 to #5)
