Unable to add attachments to a case in iOS

Hi,

Am not able to upload attachments to a case using 'File from device' option in iOS. It's fine in Windows.

Please suggest me some approach to fix this.

Hey Salman,

Can you share more details about the scenario you are trying? Which release you are on? How are you accessing the application? Mobile app (HC7/PIMC) or Mobile browser? What is happening when you are trying to attach? any errors? Is it happening with any file or a specific type?
