Mobile- View the list of attachments liked to case - Provide an option to download the documents

Hi All,

Using Attach content control, I was able to attachment the documents and images to the case via mobile.

Post adding the attachments, users should have an option to view the list of documents and download the documents via Mobile (i.e. similar to AttachmentListview section).

Do we have any OOTB rules to support the highlighted scenarios?

Using pyCaseAttachments section option, I was able to display the attachments in the mobile device.
But i am working to know the limitations with respect to Mobile Type/device, Pega Version (v7.2.2) and attachment types resectively.
Any suggestion please?

We do not have support to view/download attachments on the mobile right now. This is an enhancement to the product. Thanks.

This functionality will only be available in Pega 7.4.

In earlier releases you can only download case attachments when online, and you can add limited in size attachments both in online and offline.
