Compress attachments option in V7.2

Can anyone suggest compress options for attachments. (https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v731/procomhelpmain.htm#rule-/rule-html-/common/ui-configuring-attach-content-tsk.htm)

We are exactly looking for the same option for v7.2.2.

Thanks Sandeep for your response. 

This link is about how to configure attachment control for offline-enabled applications. and supports size 6MB when device offline. 

We are looking for compress option, suppose if image has 10MB of size, we need to compress that to 3MB when attaching to case.
