Unable to view case stages and assignments list from a Case in review harness using Custom Mobile application

Hi,

I am Unable to view case stages and assignments list from a Case in review harness using iOS Custom Mobile application. the application is offline enabled, but opening the case in online. Any suggestion?

Hi,

I have raised Service Request and got to know that this is not supported in Offline enabled mobile applications and it is a product limitation.

Hi,

Pega hides those layouts for mobile device by using the WHEN rule pyIsMobilePhone (for example). If you check the individual section enabling Live UI inspector then you can see the use of WHEN rules to hide layouts for mobile devices by checking the agent mode.
