I have a requirement for a user who initiated and submitted a case in stage A to be able to recall the case when it proceeds to stage B. This is limited to when the case is not yet assigned to another user in stage B. The initiator does not have access to the queue where the case will be, so they won't be able to open the case in Perform mode.
Question is - is there a way to allow the initiator to select the OTB Change Stage action when the case is in Review harness? Meaning, they search for the case, open it in Review, select Change Stage from the Actions menu to send it back to stage A. I am not seeing a method to do this.

@PhilipI3 My suggestion would be- you can have a specific status for the cases being at this state. Then you can have a grid (maybe a new landing page) or dashboard, which display list of cases with this status. Initiators can choose from here and do actions accordingly. So user do not need to search for a case, instead he can choose the case from the list.
