Here is what i did

• Created an Attachment category rule in my workclass and specified only a privilege(HandleAttachments) like below on the security tab of the rule form.

• Selected Attachment types File and URL on the Availability tab.
• Users are able to work on the attachments regardless of whether they have the privilege or not, only difference is that users without the privilege are not able to click open the file attachments, when they try to do so they get an error saying that "Unable to open Attachments, you lack required permission"

Is this how it works, shouldn't it restrict all permissions on the attachments for the users without the HandleAttachments privilege.
