Is there a way to get the case via Get Next based on primary skill of the case(case having 3 skills)
I have a assignment with 3 skills. I want that a user who has only the primary skill should get the case via get next work and if a user has all 3 skills , he should also be able to get the case via get next.
The case having 3 skills should be available to users who having the primary skill well as all to the users who are having all the 3 skills.
Is there any OOTB way to achieve this via get next functionality of Pega?
