Tab is not getting closed after clicking on confirm button in confirm harness

Hi All,

We are using Pega OOTB section CPMConfirmButton, wherein Cancel action is being performed on the confirm button. When we are clicking on the confirm button, entire body is getting closed except the tab with blank body.

We have already raised an SR exactly two months back on this, but not seeing any progress. hence, thought to ask on forums, please let me know if anyone has faced similar kind of issues .

Please find the attached doc for more info. We are using 7.2.1 cloud.

The reason it was not getting closed was, the record was not getting removed from the D_CPMPortalRecent data page . In order to remove it, we called the below activity before the cancel action with the below params on the Confirm button.

CPMClearPortalRecent--Activity
ignoreDirty=select checkbox
Param.RecordID=D_CPMPortalContext.ActiveParentRecent.pyRecordID
dontCloseParent=do not select checkbox
Param.RecordKey=D_CPMPortalContext.ActiveParentRecent.pyRecordKey
