I want to invalidate in-flights offers which is already sent out to customer but customer yet to acts on those offer. I can think of 2 ways, can you please suggest which one is the best/suggest method out of these 2, or any other ways
Option 1: run another campaign with the same audience/segment as past campaign, use a strategy with .Type="StopOffer" property set against the offer/proposition we want to invalidate.
Option 2: open the offer flow which had been used in the campaign, and from the Overlay action of the Offer rule, select the "Wait Volumes" option and then select the "Stop Offer" action in the Wait shapes within the flow.
For me, Option 2 is easy, as I don't have create any new campaign or new rules (which is required in option 1).
Either option works and is a matter of use case and preference. The campaign option gives you more control on what to stop, the second option gives you an easy way to stop waiting offers without additional control.
