What are the best ways of defining Business Configuration data when using DSM framework

Hi all,

While looking through the documents/videos in the PDN I had come across an doc or video that asked to create a new Business Issue/Group for maintaining Business Configuration Data but I am not able to locate it anymore.

Wanted to check if maintaining it in a Decision Data is recommended by Pega or are there any better design approaches?

Hi Viswa,

Yes, using decision data to manage propositions is the recommended approach (and best practice). Using decision data, you can manage proposition in terms of versions, also allowing you to maintain them based on CSV files (decision data provides export/import functionality).
