Pega Marketing Offer Palette

Hi,

Can you please tell me if the Offer Palette concept for Offer subgroups still exists or has been replaced. I am using PegaMarketingNBAA 7.21. If OfferPalette is still in use, please provide me link to a tutorial so that i can use it to create multiple offers within offers. If not, then please guide me as to how I shuold fulfill this requirement.
