Exception at Decision table used in offer flow - Pega Marketing 7.2.2
We are referencing a decision table within the decision shape component in Pega Marketing offer flow. While running a campaign, some offers are failing at the decision shape and the reason stated is - Exception while processing decision rule : <Decision Table Name>.
If there are 10000 offers about 15% of them fail with this reason.
What could be the possible reasons. All the column properties used in the decision table are correct and so are the values. If it fails the decision table, it should reach a Resolved-Invalid state and not Resolved-Failed state.
Any thoughts?

Hi Jayashree,
Since it fails in 15% of the cases, this must be related to the property values. Hence I would recommend to inspect your data set and compare the bad records with the good records.

Hi Marco,
There are no issues with the data. In production, out of may be 700k accounts this happens to 10 or 20 accounts.
And the error message just says - Exception: at the decision table.
