Service case is opening in a new tab post CustomerServiceForInsurance upgrade from 7.22 to 7.31

After upgrading CustomerServiceForInsurance upgrade from 7.22 to 7.31, Add Task > Service Case is opening in New Tab. Attached screen shot of the inheritance stack for flow specific class

Can you attach a screenshot as well as a Tracer of what happens when you create the Service case?  Please include Data Pages in addition to the normal events you might Trace, and compress the zip file before you attach it.
