Unable to Launch Interaction Portal Post Upgrade 7.22

Our application is migrated from Pega 6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.22. After creating a new access group for upgrade application i have included Interaction portal for use. But when I launch the portal a blank screen comes up. Any idea why?

CPM version 7.22

Thanks for  posting queries in PSC.

Please let me know whether you are getting any exceptions /errors in Tracer log.

It's better to share the PegaRules and Tracer log files or screenshots.

Which portal you are using ? 

Also have you checked fiddler to see you are getting back the response from server or not.
