Customer service enter key function is not working after upgrade from 6.2 to 7.31 with CRM 7.31

After we upgraded from Pega 6.2 to 7.31 with Customer Service PegaCRM 7.31, enter key stopped working.

We got recommendation from support that, each and every dynamic layout needs to be configured in the UI which will be a pain.

Any other easy solution to make this enter key functionality work ?
