Second email for user account

What we would like to request is the following: In the operatorID there is only one Email field (.pyAddresses (Email) .pyEmailAddress). We would like to add a secondary email address. Above all, how can the OOTB features be changed (such as the Reset Password or the OTP when the password expires) to make sure that the mail with the OTP code reaches both mails?

In operator profile you would not be able to store secondary email address information.. But you could make use of pega OOTB data model to store the user additional information and then link the data model information with operator profile..
