How do I get an email from a second email account, in Outlook?
Currently, we have a virtual machine that has two inboxes in Outlook. The first one is allocated for the VM. However, we are given a second account to get emails from ("Trades Processing"). We can get the email from the current inbox, using the Outlook connector "Inbox\Subfolder," but how do we get emails from the newly added shared/group inbox? Future plans are to add more shared/group inboxes into this VM to get emails to process.

Since I haven't heard of a solution to do this, from Pega, I will assume that this isn't a supported feature.
Will the feature of accessing shared mailboxes be added as a feature to the Pega? Was curious if this was in the pipeline.

Have you tried adding a second outlook connection object?

Would a 2nd Outlook connector grant us access to a shared/group inbox? Can you provide an example of this?

GO to outlook account settings > Data files > make the second email data file as default

Yes, this is step 1 mentioned above and step 2 to make sure you are using full functionality of 2nd account in outlook - Goto File->Options->Mail->Send Messages and check mark the checkbox "Always use the default account when composing new message".
All the best! :)

The point of the question is being able to access multiple accounts in Outlook, not manually setting an account as default.
