I need to delete my account or collaborate it with another account, how can I do this?

I need to delete my accaunt or colaborate it whith another accaunt, how can I do this?

I need it because I've registered one of them befor I start work in the company, that gave me oppotunity to pass a Certification exam, so I've get Certificate, but I can't to add it in my own accaunt.
