Need to launch IE from Chrome browser, how to do this?
Now current behaviour in our application is
If application launched in Chrome -> click button -> new link opened in chrome or
If application launched in IE-> click button -> new link opened in IE .
But user wants cross browser launch (Chrome -> click button -> new link always open in IE .) ,Can we do do this?

We are still not able to launch IE from google chrome , assuming it to be active X related issue, still trying to find solution

I am also not sure that it might work in your case because from a URL, you can't target a specific browser. That's a client preference setting and not something that we can specify in a URI to specify the browser, so i am not sure that we can succeed with the suggested way as i had not tried it.
