Run activity modal window crashs in developer portal
Hello,
when we open an activity in the developer portal and want to run it, the model window crashs (see screenshot). We do not find a fail in the trace or anything in the log. The issue is only on our staging system (only there, but on both server).
We tried so far restarting the server with clearing cache and removing the extract marker file.
Has anybody an idea what could be the root cause or maybe some ideas what we could try?

Pega suggested in the meantime that we clear DB cache and restart but it didn't help either.
Please try below steps:
- Stop all the server.
- Take DB backup. DB backup is important.
- Truncate below tables:
TRUNCATE TABLE PR4_RULE_SYSGEN;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_ASSEMBLEDCLASSES;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_SYS_APP_RULESET_INDEX;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_SYS_APPCACHE_ENTRY;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_SYS_APPCACHE_DEP;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_SYS_APPCACHE_SHORTCUT;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_SYS_APP_HIERARCHY_FLAT;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_SYS_CLASS_ANCESTORS;
TRUNCATE TABLE PR_SYS_RULE_IMPL;
- Clear the pega temp folder.
- Stat the server.
