Case Search in Developer Portal

Hi ,

With Work Index enabled , we can search case id in designer studio , is there any config/way to enable search for cases in designer studio with other property than case ID ?

Hi,

Basically, what you want to achieve is related to elasticsearch approach. Essensially, you need to create an instance of Custom Search Properties rule (see in Records Viewer/SysAdmin) where you mention all the properties you want to search on.

Hi,

Did you try with selecting "All Content"? If that is also not working please share screen shot of Search landing page. Also let us know the pega version.
