Rulebase compare wizard : Not able to add target system

getting the below error while trying to add target system .. any specific configurations to be made to make PRSOAPServlet run ?

  • Label:** Failed to connect, please verify connection parameters, username and password. Cause: (** SOAP service failed)

Using the below port number from websphere consolde :

SOAP_CONNECTOR_ADDRESS 20115
