Rulebase Compare - Not available in 8.1.x?

Was the rulebase compare utility has been discontinued in the 8.1.x version? If discontinued what other options do we have for rulebase compare after we upgrade?

Rulebase Compare utility is still available in Pega 8.1.3. Please see below screenshot. 

It's under Configure > System > Refactor > RuleSets > Rulebase Compare.

Rulebase Compare utility is still available in Pega 8.1.3. Please see below screenshot.
