Not able to add/compare more than 120 days in report defination

In report defination we need to display records last 150 days, In filter criteria when we are setting values or comparing value it nor working.

Kindly let me know the approach.

Can you be more specific about the issue you are having?

Do you have an approach that you believe should be giving you results for 150 days, and it's not working?

Or are you asking how to implement a 150 day filter, since there is no such OOTB value?
