Rule Not Found Exception with Agent for BIX extract
Hello,
I have created and ran an extract rule and I am now setting up the agent to pick it up at a scheduled time. I am in the process of testing the agent and I am getting a rule not found exception. I have added the Pega-Bix:07-10 ruleset to my application and I am having a hard time understanding why I am getting an error. Here is log. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the quick responses. This issue was fixed by unchecking Run this agent on only one node at a time. Seems to have cleared up everything and my extract successfully ran overnight with the agent.

I wouldn't think it's a case issue, but could be. Try adding Pega-BIX:07-10 in your ruleset list and see if that works (BIX is in all caps).
If that doesn't work, can you provide screen shots of the ruleset list where you've added BIX and also the agent configuration? (Be sure to show what parameters are being passed to pxExtractDataWithArgs, along with what class and activity name the agent is running)
Also check that the access group listed on the security tab of the agent rule uses the application that has BIX listed.

All of these things have been checked it still seems to throw the error. I have cleared the cache and relogged but it doesn't fix it. I will try restarting the server as well. But I dont see anything wrong with the configuration also double checking the Access group is attached to the right application (it is). So I am unsure of how to proceed.

I stand corrected the access group was empty. I filled it with an application access group and when the agent runs I get a

I'd be interested in seeing the rest of the NullPointerException stack trace. I believe there is an existing hotfix for an issue like that.

I have seen the hotfix you are talking about. This is the only thing that came with the logs

Have you checked both the PegaRULES log and the PegaBIX log for the null pointer and not seen anything else? If so, go ahead and open a support request for us to further troubleshoot this. Please reference this post when you do and update this post with the SR number.
