Rule not found exception

Hi All,

I am trying to fix an exception but not able to find the exact root cause. Can someone please help me.

Failed to find a RULE-OBJ-FLOWACTION with the name submission details that applies to @baseclass

Pegarules present in stack trace:

activity.ra_action_performpreprocessing_*.step1

activity.ra_action_processaction_*.step18

activity.ra_action_pzprepareassignment_*.step2

The 3 rules names SUBMISSIONDETAILS defined in the rulebase are: 3 related to applies to class 'baseclass', but were defined on subclasses.

Hi @BindupriyaK: Information shared wouldn't be enough to suggest a solution. Were you able to isolate the issue? Is this happening when a certain action is performed? if so, can you try to trace it?

System is trying to find a flow action named "SUBMISSIONDETAILS" at some part of your application processing and it failed because it couldn't find it in the class context.
