Running BIX extract using Pega Agent

Hi, I am trying to run BIX rule using pxExtractDatawithArgs activity. My criteria is Updateddatetime >= yesterday and Updateddatetime<today,s date.

For this when I tried to pass below values as parameter to pyargs it is throwing "

Caught exception: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: cannot parse date/time for Start Date parameter: code: <none> SQLState: <none> Message: <none>

"

-u \"20190217T000000.000\" -U \"20190218T120000.000\"

Hi Vinod,

Since you are using an agent that calls pxExtractDataWithArgs, place quotes around the values. The extract fails if you do not use quotes. For example:

u "20190217T000000.000" -U "20190218T120000.000"

Also, please use just "u" instead of "-u".

If you use an agent that calls a wrapper activity that calls pxExtractDataWithArgs, place quotes around the values and around the entire parameter string. Use the backslash to escape the quotes around the values. For example:

"u \"20190217T000000.000" -U \"20190218T120000.000\""

Thank you for the response.

I am running the pxExtractDataWithArgs as a standalone activity by passing the parameters directly. Tried with below pyargs as suggested and I ma receiving invalid args error in both the cases. 

 

u "20190217T000000.000" -U "20190218T120000.000"

"u \"20190217T000000.000" -U \"20190218T120000.000\""
