Unable to run BIX extract rule
While running extract rule the popup window shows the below. There are no errors in the logs as well as tracer. Kindly help how can i resolve this issue?

Hi Arun,
We got the solution. RunRule activity from Rule-Admin-Extract is checking for access role to be either "PegaRULES:SysAdm4" or .pxThread.pxCurrentApplicationName + ":Administrator". If access group has either of these access role, we are able to see Run Rule form correctly for the Extract rule

Please enable debug level on below class, it will print more information
com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.access.ExtractImpl
And Have tried extraction via command line ?

Sure Arun, but it is happening with Plain Pega 7.3.1 as well.
When I had tried to run Extract rule from Framework application, it worked. But when I tried to run from Implementation application then it is not showing run Wizard. And in both framework and Implementation application, we have included BIX rulest.
