Hi,
If I have several version of an extract rule, Can I specify the extract rule name with specific version, running from cmdline and not through agent. I cannot specify user and password and access group option.

After cross checking with our product specialists came to know this is the only way you can run the extract rule of specific version from command line.

You can try to provide the username and password from command line with below arguments, so that the extract rule from the user context will run.
option -a (username) and -p (password)
