Routing is not happening properly !!
Hi All,
I am working on the use case where user needs to Route to the assignment from Worklist to Workbasket. When i am using the Call Work-.ReassignToWorkBasket OOTB rule, it is able to route to workbasket but pxFlow property is blank, due to that when i am opening the assignment from Dashboard then getting error like, pxFlow is blank and assignment is still in My Work (Assign worklist)
1) We have standard flow, inside we have screen flow, when assignment is in My work (Assign worklist) , flow is in screen flow. Please find the image attachted below.
Please let me know, how can i work on this issue.

As per my understanding, you want to route the work-object when it's in subflow(Screen-flow) to a workbasket?
If yes, why you're not leveraging default routing configuration available instead of calling OOTB ReassignToWorkBasket activity. I tried implementing your use-case. In the start shape of the screen-flow configuration, you can route the work object to "ToWorkbasket" routing with your workbasket as parameter, refer below:-

Hi I see that the pxFlowType and pxFlowName are the system specified parameters to the Work-.ReassignToWorkBasket. Check in tracer the current values of these parameters just before calling the activity. If it is null, try performing a property-set of these value.
Another alternative is you can try using pyReassignAssignment activity.
