Sorting is not happening for one user

Hi,

Actaully we are sorting the work items for all users in one application and for sorting we used javascript and html like  'sorttable.js' and table class='sortable' respectively as we are using the PEGA 5.2v  but for one user sorting is not happening successfully.Hence,Can you please assist us on this issue.

Hello,

If this is just not working for a single user, I would think the problem is coming from the user definition. Have you checked the OperatorID definition ? Anything different from the working ones ? Or maybe the user ID is breaking the normal behaviour. Did you noticied JavaScript errors on the screen ?
