route case at create stage
I am creating a new case type where i am trying to capture customer information and then routing it to manager for approval.In pega 8.6 the first stage is create stage (which cant be deleted or changed).In first stage itself i am collecting customer information but we cannot route this to manager for approval as create stage dosent allow routing.
kindly suggest how can we implement this?

The main purpose of the Create stage is to collect initial data before case processing, so configure routing of the assignments in the Create stage to a current user. If your business scenario requires routing assignments to a work queue or a user different that a current user, configure routing logic on a stage that follows the Create stage. For more information, see Managing work across your team.
You can write your routing logic in second stage
