In the case type that I am working on Receptionist Review should be done.

According to our requirement review process (assignment shape is used here) is done by routing to respective workbasket using decision table and the approval step is working perfectly while the case is not routed to approval rejection stage, failing rejection process.

I also modified the review section by removing the predefined approval and cancel buttons and by adding two buttons named Approve and Reject respectively. For Approve button that I created in the section I used an Action Set On Click Finish Assignment (Move Forward) which is working perfectly by proceeding to next stage. For Rejection I am unable to configure action set that is to be routed to Approval Rejection Stage.
