Controlling stage transitions using the Approve/Reject step

I have approve / reject flow action in a separate processes (Manager review and Director review) of a stage .

1. After manager review process completes director process starts .

2. Up on rejection in manager review flow must go to alternate stage where requestor can reconcile request then it goes back to Manager review for acceptance again.

3. After his acceptance director review process must start.

so only one assignment (Reconcile request )must be their in work list but director review flow action also getting triggered.

Please help me how to solve this issue?

Hi Preethi,

You can specify a Start When expression or when rule for the Director Review step in the case type.

For example. I set it when .pyNote == Approve.
