Hi Praveen,
On the assignment shape in the flow, you can specify the routing to go to a workbasket. Users with access to that workbasket would be able to work on the assignment.

Hi Praveen,
When you specify to route to a workbasket you will select the workbasket name.

Hi Carissa,
Can we able to route the entire Approval flow to a spewcific work basket? situation is like this i am creating a case and do some manipulations and routing it to admins work basket.If Admin logs in he should able to pick it from his basket and when he clicks on it the approve screen with notes should appear.

Hi Praveen,
As per your requirement,when you route an assignment to workbasket,user would be able to pick it up and perform action on it.If you need to display any other section,you can configure a button or link and call the corresponding flowaction on
or if the admin straight away needs to see the approve screen then route the assignment configured for approve to teh Admin workbasket
