Restricting Case Create Access for specific users in Cosmos
Hi,
How can we restrict case creation for a specific users in Cosmos?
Previously we were able to achieve this by using a privilege and adding it in the security section of the pyStartCase flow.
Using the above method for the other starting flow in the case type record does not restrict the case creation. Additionally there is no pyStartCase used in Cosmos. Also tried using App Studio -> Users -> Access and tried to restrict the access there and not working.

@HectorL50 if you are on 8.5 and Theme-Cosmos - the same approach is used to restrict access to create case

@RichardMarsot How can we configure the Theme-Cosmos (8.7) Hybrid app to not show the case name under >>Create ? With the settings for personas it controls the permission (read only etc) but the user can still see the case under Create

@dhang this is the same approach as in ui-kit - you can override the nav rule pyCreateCaseMenu - each item in the list uses a when rule called pzWhenCaseExits - replace the when condition by your own
