Hi,

When user move the work object from one workgroup to another workgroup, want to reset the Workobject SLA. do we have any OOTB to compare current and assign workgroup ?

Example:-

We have two work groups abc and xyz

work object is created and assigned to workbasket belongs to work group abc.

here work object age calculated from workobject creation date.

When user move the work object to workbasket or operator belongs to workgroup xyz, want to reset the work object age.
