How to reset step level SLA - Is there any activity similar to Work(ActionChangeWorkSLA) or Assignment(ActionChangeAssignementSLA) to reset step level SLA's
Hi All,
I have a step level sla , wanted to reset this SLA based on few conditions. do we have any OOTB activities to do that.
And where does the prpc store the goal and deadline times for step level sla ?

Hi,
I dont think, we have ootb activities to adjust the sla present at the step level.
But the information regarding the step level sla will be stored on the clipboard page as below
The testsla I applied here, is a step level SLA
Note that from 7.2.1, each step is considered as an assignment. So you can utilize pxAdjustSLA flowaction to adjust the values.
