Redirect to after hours screen
Our customer has a requirement to limit access to PRPC to daytime service hours, and redirect the login screen to an informational page (outside service hours warning) when after hours. The load balancer is a sensible location to implement such a requirement; but what are the options to achieve this?

To limit access to PRPC to daytime service hours and redirect the login screen to an informational page outside service hours warning when after hours, you can configure the load balancer to redirect requests to a different URL during non-service hours. This can be achieved by configuring the load balancer to route requests to a different server or URL based on the time of day.
You can also configure the load balancer to use a script to manage cookies, invalidation, and optionally for allocation and deallocation of Pega Platform servers based on production load.
It is important to note that highly available system architectures should support fail-over to a redundant load balancer.
