Redirect to portal with out login screen in email corresoppondence

Hi

I have a requirement to login to the portal directly from email, when user is already logged in, without login screen.

We have enabled OKTA plugin, and so need help how can we confgure that with OKTA plugin enabled. We tried to use OppWorkLink frgament but re directs to login screen after click.
