Pega on logoff does not redirect to SSO login page/ any other url in Pega 7.3.0
On Log off system is not redirecting the user to the log off screen, but it is relaunching a new session. I have tried the solutions mentioned in the below articles. Any help would be appreciated.

Can I know where you have mentioned this code?
Even I faced the same issue once. Are you updating Web-Session-Return?
If yes, please check where this rule( rule set is included) in your application stack. I have used this in Pega 7.2.1.

I have received the response from pega gcs team and it is working now. But the logout url is hardcoded In the web-seesion-return html rule. How can I configure to a DSS , so that it will be easy in the future to change whenever required.
