I have used Meta-refresh tag to log off from SSO when user clicks logoff button. It is working fine on IE browser but on Fireffox when logoff is clicked it redirects to the sso logoff screen but when the same url is entered again it do not challenge for SSO credentials.

when comparing the fiddler trace IE vs FF i dont see the ssologout GET request submitted in firefox.

Has any one implemented sso logout and tested it in firefox ?   i have tested it on FF 24.3, 31.3, 38.2 versions but its the same result.
