File Listener issues in Pega 7.3.0

We are encountering issues with the FileListeners hosted on Pega V 7.3.0 where the files are picked from configured path and gets vanished( not moved to the completed folder or rpt folder. Interestingly pr_log captures file is moved to the completed folder.

Pega is hosted on Unix environment and we are not able to see the file in completed folder.

Does any one face this issue. Any help is appreciated on this issue.

It is one file at a time and files are of smaller size and it is sporadic in nature.
