Hi,
I am also facing same issue - pyLastupdateDate column not updated post BIX extract when "Use last updated time as start" is checked. BIX extract rule created for Data-Corr-Email class.
Can you please help?

Hi Subhash,
From past discussions, I belive it would be helpful for us to know the Pega version as well as the highest ruleset version of Pega-BIX ruleset so that we could help with troubleshooting.
In this discussion, it was recommended that "You should always try to use the BIX version that is included with your PRPC version in many cases these exceptions occur due to mismatch in versions. In the media there is an additional software directory which will have the correct version of BIX for your PRPC version."

Additionally, in the original post it was recommended to share the the log files with debug logging enabled to see what is happening. Also, please check the execution history tab of the extract rule to see if there are any errors reported there.
