BIX Extract is running multiple Times at the same time
Hi All,
The Bix extract rule is running multiple times at the same time.In which scenario it will happen.
How to reproduce the issue.

we are running the extract rule with advanced agent.we configure the agent in only one node to run once in day(recurring every day at 12).

In the same node it is running these many times.
There is no broken process items.

Hi,
Can you please clarify few more things.
1) The number of times the Bix running is always same.
2) Is this happening for only one Extract rules or nay other extract rule by the same agent(Just want to check, where problem exits like at Bix level or at agent level.)
3) Is thsi working earlier or starting itself You are seeing this issue.
4) Any support request is raised for this isssue?

Hi Pranavi,
if you are using agent what you are using either recurring where you mention only time or the day when you want to run, but if you configure agent with periodic it would be running multiple times.

Hi Raghunath,
we are configured the agent as recurring to run daily once.
eventhough if we configure the agent as periodic how it will run at the same time without even having the seconds gap in the execution.
we had 5 nodes out of which we enabled the agent in the single node.
